A breakthrough program which melts away flab and reshapes your body in as little as an hour a week”

Kris Fondran who created the program, has been teaching and practicing yoga for more than 12 years. Her yoga experience and her Master’s degree in Exercise Science make her a leading authority in the industry and one of the best people to create a yoga program teaching you how to burn your belly fat. As a result of her training, she has developed this breakthrough program that helps people transform their bodies from flab to “fab” using yoga alone. Yoga is great for all ages and abilities and this plan will prove it to you.

Did you know you can burn just as many calories from yoga as from jogging?

It may seem counterintuitive but you can burn just as many calories (and even more fat) by doing yoga alone. When you do a series of yoga moves together, your body does get a great workout and it doesn’t wreak havoc on your joints or leave you too out of breath. And you can burn just as many calories as you would from jogging!

Will it help me lose my belly fat?Flat Stomach

Yes, yoga has helped us lose weight and it can do the same for you. Research proves people who do yoga weigh 19 pounds less on average. This is likely to be because yoga reduces your stress levels thereby lowering your cortisol levels, which means you’re less likely to overeat or snack. Plus yoga is a great way to burn fat and calories.

Is this program good for beginners?

Absolutely, the problem that many beginners to yoga face is that they attempt poses and are unsure if they are getting them right or they get them wrong and this causes muscle strain or injury. This program offers step by step in depth tuition and unlimited access to instructional videos for every pose. We find this especially helpful for beginners as the instructor even describes different levels for each pose i.e. how tree pose can be completed with your raised foot resting against your shin or simply a few inches from the floor. There are also follow along videos of the yoga flow, written instructional manuals and wall charts, which we find particularly good.

Yoga Home Practice

Everything comes in digital format so is available instantly online in your “dashboard” for easy access. This is a nice feature as you may want to be able to watch the videos on a tablet or smartphone not just a computer, which is ideal for checking them out on the go or when travelling.

The fact that you can pause, rewind and go over it again means you can go at your own pace, without worrying about taking too long or comparing yourself to others.

Practicing the poses and flows regularly really will make you feel happier, healthier and fitter, and you’ll be amazed at how quickly you start to see results!

PROS

  • Easy to follow along
  • Perfect for beginners
  • Convenient digital format great for on the go
  • Affordable
  • Proven results

CONS

  • Not available in physical format. For a DVD program, check out Yoga Burn.

The Verdict: Shapeshifter Yoga is a body shaping and fat loss program that really works.

  1. Hey Fran, really enjoyed your post, although it might be a little brief? Nonetheless, you give a good account of the shapeshifter product and its benefits. I like the comparison with running as that helps to clarify how it can help burn calories. Could you add a little more detail around the pros and cons? Chris

      All the best,

      Fran.

  2. Interesting product you have there. One of my friend has just been diagnosed with a patella pain syndrome in which she must rest from her running for 2 years. She has always love running because she feels that it makes her sweat and burn more calories.

I am a Yogi myself and I told her that Yoga can produce the same effect too but she’s not convinced. Does Kris have a promo video to show exactly what she teaches? It will be great to show my friend that Yoga is a better alternative for her condition.

    1. Hey Cathy,

Thanks for taking the time to comment. I’m glad you liked our product review.

Yes as you say running can be great for burning calories, I love running myself, but I have also noticed many benefits of practicing yoga. It has greatly improved muscle tone and strength for me personally and you can certainly get a vigorous workout from a fast paced yoga session, ashtanga style, or you can slow it down for a soothing and calming yoga session. You have probably experienced some of these benefits yourself and I am sure it could be beneficial for your friend as there is less pressure on the joints and it can be great stress relief. I will link you to a video below which you can show to your friend and she can see some of the benefits.

    1. Hi Tim,

I’m pleased you like it, it really is an excellent product.

I have had a look into this and you can also pay with Paypal which should work around the problem you are having. You can select your billing country and it converts it to your local currency and then just choose to pay via Paypal rather than Visa/Mastercard.

I hope this helps, let me know if you have any problems.

      All the best,
      Fran.
