It is all about getting the right balance between the green vegetables and the fruit for a little bit of sweetness.

You can make these juice recipes in bulk and refrigerate them for the week, which means that you will have a healthy juice to start the day each morning. Lean Green Juice

Lean Green JuiceWe love adding a tropical kick to our juices and smoothies, and this juice has the perfect amount of just that, with the addition of pineapple and mint. We also love mango so we like to add this, along with a couple of scoops of our favorite protein powder, and then this juice has everything you need in a post workout snack.

You will need:

1/2 a pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped
1 mango, peeled and chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 ripe pear, peeled, cored and chopped
Juice of 1 lime
1 cup baby spinach leaves
10 mint leaves, chopped
1 tsp agave nectar
1 tsp chia seeds
1 or 2 scoops Organifi Complete Protein
Crushed ice


1. Add your ingredients to your juicer and juice!

Healthy Green Breakfast Juice For Weight LossWe love the combination of ingredients included in this tasty breakfast juice. We swapped in kale for one of the apples as we prefer a juice, which is slightly less sweet and heavier on the greens, but you can always add the two apples if you prefer.

You will need:

1 Granny Smith apple, cored
2 carrots
½ cucumber
1 handful spinach
1 handful kale
1 handful grapes
1 handful blueberries


1. Depending on your juicer, either chop your ingredients or just add them all whole to your blender and juice!

Spinach Lemonade

Green Juice Recipes For Weight Loss Spinach LemonadeWe love this recipe for healthy lemonade! Spinach is amazing anyway but finding a way to make it in to our favorite sweet beverage is magical. If you prefer your lemonade sweeter, add a drizzle of agave nectar to your glass at the end.

You will need:

8 cups spinach
2 lemons
½ cucumber
1 pear
2 Granny Smith apples
Agave nectar (optional)


1. Peel lemons.
2. Core apples.
3. Juice all of your ingredients.
4. Add agave to taste.
