  2. This blend has some very good ingredients. Should I just mix it with plain water or is it OK to mix with almond milk to make more of a smoothie consistency? Do you suggest that I take this as a meal replacement? If so, how many times per day?

      Thanks for your comment. The juice does have some very good ingredients.

      I would suggest using water purely because of the nature of the ingredients that are in the juice. For example, when making my green juice I usually mix it with water but perhaps you could try adding just a dash of almond milk to give more of a smoothie like consistency.

      As far as using the juice as a meal replacement, I would suggest if you are doing a juice cleanse then follow the instructions for that, but usually this can be for several days so you would have the juice for every meal. Otherwise, I would suggest only replacing one meal per day with the juice and have it as either your lunch or dinner, depending on what suits you best.
